Who We Are

Tim Wrate, owner of TW Mechanical, has over 20 years of HVAC experience, coming from a family background in HVAC and electrical work. Starting at 18, he gained expertise with complex refrigeration and commercial HVAC systems while working for a local company. Known for his problem-solving skills, Tim launched his own HVAC company, TW Mechanical, in 2013 after a joint venture in 2003.  TW Mechanical has now flourished into a trusted family-run business, proudly helping friends, family, and the community stay comfortable year-round.
